Nefeli Katikies - The Holiday Home of your dreams in magical Lipsi!

In a land of 5.000m2 in Lipsi, we present our two independent houses recently  (2013) built in stone, 90 m2 each, fully equipped, decorated in a stylish and traditional manner.

Set in an open position on the side of a hill, Katikies have a large terrace to the front with beautiful views to the Aegean sea.

Enjoy quiet and peaceful moments of relaxation in our houses which are full of light and color, with their own independent character.

    Each of the houses consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, kitchen and a covered terrace with pergola.
 Housekeeping is provided twice a week.

    They may be rented at least for a week, with the price of 1500 euros per week.

Katikies may accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults – 2 children).
